Beginning May 4th, 2015, you will have the option to specifically select onMessage when you call into support.

While all of our analysts receive extensive training, we recognize that there is a fair amount of complexity when dealing with onMessage questions. We want to connect you with analysts who have the most experience with the features of onMesssage as often as possible.

Our goal is to have your questions resolved quickly and thoroughly, so you can give your users access to the content they need, when they need it.
