A coach may be running tryouts, working with their athletes on fundamentals, testing conditioning, or installing new offensive and defensive schemes if they’re heading teams like Field Hockey, Soccer, or Football.
It’s not a short list.
In addition to the critical function of constructing their team roster, coaches are faced with finding the right combination of athletes in order to give their squad the best chance to succeed.
Schools asked us to provide coaches with an easier way to manage this process, and in our July 2nd release, we delivered.
Managing a Team Roster Has Never Been Easier!
In this Idea to Feature, Jackie Christensen, Senior Product Manager for onCampus, shares how schools can grant their coaches the ability to self-manage Team Rosters directly from within our learning management system.
Here’s what a coach needs to do.
Head over to the Team’s Roster, click on the “Manage” button and a modal window will appear giving him/her the ability to add and remove players from the team. Follow the prompts on the screen, and within a very short amount of time they can make all of their roster moves.
It’s a simple process, and one that gives your coaches a much more streamlined and efficient way to manage their teams.
