A parent logs in behind the password to update their information with a new home address. That’s great for teachers who are using onCampus — they now have access to the latest, most accurate data. This means that they can feel confident that any communication that is sent home will be delivered to the correct address.
But how about your development office? Have they received the change? Are their communications finding the way to the right place?
Imagine if they’re not — what’s the cost of that missed opportunity? Maybe it’s the loss of a donation answering an appeal for your annual fund or could it be a lower attendance to an event since they’re not getting all of the info?
