K-12 Support Changes That Went Live in December

We hope you all had a wonderful holiday! With a New Year beginning, we want to take a moment to remind you about all the great changes we rolled out in December 2015!

We have a new phone number:

We now have a toll-free phone number for “ON” Product Support. Moving forward all customers in the United States and Canada should call Support at 800-681-6192.

We have a new status page:

Check out our new status page: k12status.blackbaud.com. The new status page should be the first place you go if you are experiencing system issues and will give you instant access to the most up-to-date information, eliminating the need to hold for support for known issues.

Case Central:

The ability to create tickets via email will no longer be available. New tickets need to be created using Case Central, but you will still be able to reply to tickets via email once they’re created. This new process will allow us to more effectively and efficiently handle your tickets.

We are excited to see the improvement these changes bring to the Support experience in 2016!
