Decide when you will tackle each project during the year. You could plan out one project per quarter, or you can try to finish all projects in the first half of the year. The key is to be realistic with your time and your resources. 6 Bonus: Get creative! Once you complete these realistic, goal-focused projects, reward yourself by choosing a fun, out-of-the-box project to work on. Perhaps it's something you wrote down in the first step, or something even more creative. Write down any ideas you have—free write for at least five minutes to get your brain thinking. Draw some pictures. Give yourself space to think bigger. By following through on these goal-oriented projects and adding in new, creative work, you'll set yourself up for an inspired year of school marketing.
